In July 2021, a partnership was created between GQR Healthcare and a premier State-Sponsored Agency, who teamed up to address a pressing and urgent need for Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Allied Health clinicians. The state’s healthcare facilities were grappling with a growing demand for mental health services and care, fueled by the lingering impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the numerous challenges it brought to people’s mental well-being. This surge in demand placed a significant strain on the existing healthcare workforce, creating critical shortages of skilled professionals in the Behavioral Health sector. Recognizing the gravity of the situation and the importance of providing essential mental health support, the State-Sponsored Agency turned to GQR Healthcare as a trusted ally to bridge the gap and deliver vital staffing solutions.
