RN supervisor needed for a hospital in Boston.

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Patient Care Services department. Interacts with nursing/ Patient Care Services staff and staff of other departments to facilitate patient care. Works collaboratively to coordinate hospital functions on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays. Provides administrative and clinical support to the nursing staff primarily on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays and/or in the absence of the Clinical Nursing Director.
